What is a Beauty Guru on Youtube?

I happened across this world of beauty about 4 years ago.  I can lose myself for hours in the evening watching these wonderful videos.  I will say that it has helped me tremendously with applying my makeup and styling my hair.  I subscribe to about 20 different gurus.  I love to log in each day and check out what is new in the world of makeup and hair.  If you haven't checked this out go on over to youtube.com and see what I am talking about.
